2008 - 2009 UHELP Applications are now available for download here.

 

Please return your completed Peer Health Educator application to the Wellness Resource Center (Room 213 Hall Health) or send to Health Education, Box 354410 by Thursday, January 31th, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.

Condom Club Price Increase

UHELP has recently increased the price of the Condom Club to $15 total (A $5 increase). This increase was made due to in part of to rising costs and additionally to ensure UHELP provides the highest quality level of condoms.

 

We thank you for your understanding and we ask you to stop by the WRC in Hall Health if you have any questions or concerns.

UHELP Recruiting Will Begin Winter Quarter

UHELP will begin recruitment for the 2008-2009 PHEs during Winter Quarter.



Did You Know.....

By paying the Student Activity Fee along with your registration, you are eligible for many services at Hall Health Primary Care Center at no extra charge!

These services include:

  • - Unlimited visits with a Consulting Nurse.
  • - Advice about concerns regarding HIV and STDs.
  • - Reproductive Health Counseling.
  • - Unlimited access to the Wellness Resource Center (WRC), Room 213 in Hall Health.
  • - Blood pressure screening and consultation.
  • - Smoking cessation assistance.
  • - One visit per quarter for acute illness/injury (This does not include routine physicals and annual women's exams).
  • - One Crisis Intervention counseling session per full academic year.
  • - After-hours Consulting Nurse Service for urgent emergencies.
